GRAS continues reduced adoption fees Green River Animal Shelter is offering reduced adoption fees until the end of March, 2015. Cats are $30 and dogs are $50...this fee covers their spay/neutering. Some of our cats and dogs have been at the shelter way to long. Please consider giving one a home. Shelter pets make the best pets! Stop by and see what nice dogs and cats we have available.
