She was also the owner of a community theater Dream Depot, which had blessed the community and brought joy not only to the community but to Elaine as well. The funeral service will be Wednesday, March 11, 2015 at 11amCT at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home, 210 Greensburg Street, Columbia, KY. Pastor Randy Parnell will officiate. Interment in McClister Cemetery at Fairplay, KY. Visitation after 4:30pmCT Tuesday, March 10, 2015. Elaine was born on January 16, 1952 at Fairplay, Adair County, KY. She was the daughter of the late Finis Albert and Ethel Lee Mitchum Harvey. She died Sunday, March 8, 2015, at the age of 63 years, 1 month, and 20 days. She is survived by
