Taylor County Grand Jury returns indictments 3 Mar 2015

Eight indictments brought against eight individuals.

The Taylor County, KY Circuit Court grand jury, Campbellsville, KY, returned indictments against the following individuals on Tuesday, 3 Mar 2015:


  1. Cory M Graham (D/O/B 05-24-1989), Barney School Road, Campbellsville, KY Indictment No. 15 CR -00023. Charged with two count(s). Count 1 - Burglary in the second degree. Count 2- Burglary in the third degree. Bond: $5,000 full cash. No drugs or alcohol
  2. Stephanie R. Shelton (D/O/B 1-19-86), Wayne Road, Russell Springs, KY Indictment No. 15 CR -00024. Charged with two count(s). Count 1-2 - Criminal possession of a forged instrumetn second Degree. Bond: $2,000 unsecured
  3. Justin W. Keith (D/O/B 06-18-1987), West Drive, Russell Springs, KY Indictment No. 15 CR -00025. Charged with one count(s). Count 1 - Theft by Unawfl Taking over 500.00 Bond: $5,000 full cash.
  4. Shelly Stapleton (D/O/B 12/09/976), Liberty Road, Columbia, KY Indictment No. 15 CR -00026. Charged with four count(s). Counts 1-4 - Criinal possession of forged instrument second degree. Bond: $15,000 PS-30%. No contact with victim.
  5. Melvin Bradley, Jr. (D/O/B 6/26/1986), Allen House Road, Greensburg, KY Indictment No. 15 CR -00028. Charged with five count(s). Count 1-5 - Rape in the third degree. Bond: $15,000. Cash. No contact with victim
  6. Thomas E. Riley (D/O/B 03/11/1963), Rookwood Park, Lexington, KY Indictment No. 15 CR -00028. Charged with five count(s). Count 1 - Robbery in the first degree. Count 2 - Operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or other controlled substance 1st offense. Count 3 - License to be in possession. Count 4 - Possession of open alcoholic beverage container in motor vehice prohibited violation. Count 5 - Persistent felony offender. Bond: $25,000 full cash.
  7. Jake A. Squires. (D/O/B 07/15/1988), Meader Street, Campbellsville, KY Indictment No. 15 CR -00029-001. Charged with four count(s). Count 1 - Burglary in the second degree. Count 2 - Resisting arrest. Count 3 - Terroristic threatening in the third degree. Count 4 - Criminal mischief in the third degree. Bond: $15,000 full cash. No contact victim. No contact premises
  8. Megan R. Dickens (D/O/B 01-09-1993), Meader Street, Campbellsville, KY Indictment No. 15 CR - 00029-002. Charged with one count(s). Count 1 - Burglary in the second degree. Bond: $15,000/10%. No contact victim. No contact premises.
