He was a farmer. he was a native of Green County, KY, and a resident of the county at the time of his death. He was the son of the late Garland and Easer White Patterson. The funeral service will be at 11amCT, Wednesday, March 4, 2015, at Foster-Toler-Curry Funeral Home, 209 W Court Street, Greensburg, KY, with Bro. Larry Wisdom and Bro. David Patterson the officiating clergy. Interment will be in the Ladies Chapel Cemetery. Visitation will be 4pm-9pm Tuesday, March 3, 2015 at the funeral home. Pallbearers: Wallace White, William "Fats" Coffey, David Patterson, Larry Penick, Leonard Webb, and Dean Blevins James (Goody) Patterson, Green Co., KY (1940-2015) James "Goody" Patterson was born November 24, 1940 in Green County, KY. He was the son of the late Garland and Easer White Patterson. He departed this life Monday, March 2, 2015 at the Golden Living Center-Green Hill, Greensburg, Green County, KY, having attained the age of 74 years, three months and eight days. "Goody" had made a profession of faith in Christ and was a member of the Macedonia Baptist Church. He was a farmer. Besides his parents, he is preceded in death by two brothers and one sister: Doyle and Charles Patterson and Carolyn Abell. He is survived by the following:
