He was a native of Casey County, KY, and his final resting place will be on Thomas Ridge here. He was the son of the late Richard and Mattie Carman Clements. He is survived by his beloved wife, Odean Luttrell Clements. He leaves four direct living descendants.

Marvin R. Clements, 84, passed away Wednesday, February 25, 2015 at the University Hospital in Cincinnati, Ohio. He was 84.

Funeral services are 12pmCT/1pmET, Monday March 2, 2015 at McKinney-Brown Funeral Home, 752 Campbellsville Street, Liberty, KY. Burial will follow in Thomas Ridge Cemetery, in Casey County, KY. Visitation is at Hodapp Funeral Home, 7401 Vine Street, Carthage, Ohio, Saturday, February 28, 2015, 4pm-7pmCT, 5pm-8pmET. Visitation at McKinney-Brown Funeral Home is Sunday, March 1, 2015, 4pm-7pmCT/5pm-8pmET, and Monday from 10amCT/11amET, until funeral service.

Born January 20, 1931 in Casey County, KY, he was the son of the late Richard and Mattie Carman Clements. He died Wednesday, February 25, 2015, in Cincinnati, OH, at the age of 84 years, one month, and five days.

Survivors include his beloved wife, Odean Luttrell Clements of Cincinnati, Ohio, and the following:
  • Two children: Beverly Browning and Greg Clements

  • Two grandchildren: Tyler Browning and Travis Clements

  • A brother: Bill Clements

  • Two sisters: Mae Douglas and Aline Moore

  • And many nieces, nephews, and cousins
