Kim Sallee: Goal is to make Adair proud of GRAS

And a report of a less a successful adoption of a sweet little dog in less than 24 hours after posting by Green River Animal Shelter

Kim Sallee

Thank you very much Ed. I am very grateful to have the opportunity to try and turn this shelter around and make it into something the community is proud of and wants to be involved with. I can't thank Mr. Stephens and Holly enough for all that they are doing. Thank you also for letting me post ads. The little girl that I posted yesterday, was adopted today!!! :) I really appreciate you help. - KIM SALLEE.

Thanks Kim Sallee and good luck in you goal. The community is, I'm sure, behind you. And we welcome the challenge each new candidate for adoption presents. - EW

(Happy Ending. She's adopted) Sweet little dog available for adoption

2015-02-19 - Green River Animal Shelter, 435 Appleby Drive, Columbia, KY - Photo by Kim Sallee, Director.
No longer available. She was adopted in less than 24 hours)
This sweet tiny little girl was left at the animal shelter several days ago. She is possibly a special needs baby, but it doesn't slow her down at all. She desperately needs grooming and a family to love her. She would probably do better in a home without small children or large dogs (only because she is so small and sometimes has trouble keeping her balance) This picture doesn't do her justice. Adoption fee is $65 (spaying cost). If interested or have questions concerning her or any other wonderful dogs and cats that we have at the shelter, please call 270-385-9655, and ask for Kim.Green River Animal Shelter, 455 Appleby Drive, Columbia, KY. Phone 270-385-9655. Winter hours are Tuesday, Wednesday and Fridays 10am-5pmCT. Saturdays 10am-2pmCT. - KIM SALLEE, Director
