Adair County Road Crew has done a wonderful job

Thank, You Adair County road crew for the wonderful job you have done and the hours you have put in doing so. - JAMIE ISABELLE

By Jamie Isabelle

I would like to take an opportunity to comment our road crew, that has done a wonderful job on our road this past week.

After the first initial blast, I never ventured out but by the second day I did.

Well, that is after we had to shovel the end of driveway due to the mound of snow that they pushed up at the end . . . which other than that, (also knowing they didn't have much of a choice I'm sure because of the plow) the roads are great.

Today, Thursday, however, I had to go to work and Campbellsville's/Taylor County roads are still terrible in spots.

I could not believe how bad they were. Hwy 55 on our end was a dry and clear and when I reached Taylor County line there were bad spots all the way to work . . . then the road that turns towards work was also terrible.

I'm just in shock! Once again, Thank, You Adair County road crew for the wonderful job you have done and the hours you have put in doing so. - Jamie Isabelle
