Clay Jones: Paper cup can work like a pet mask Clay Jones writes: You can use a small paper cup at the end of an oxygen line to do the same thing as a pet mask. It's called blow by oxygen. Just run the end of the oxygen tube through a small hole in the bottom of the cup and attach the other end to the oxygen tank and your pet has now got oxygen.
