Comment on oxygen mask for pets Celia Downey writes: This is a good question posed by Joyce. However, we do not necessarily need a mask to deliver oxygen. Sometimes fighting to keep a mask in place is more trouble than it is worth. In some situations it is very appropriate to just connect a piece of tubing to oxygen and let the oxygen "blow" onto the face. What is needed is a connector between the oxygen source and the tubing to deliver it to the face. Pretty simple and effective for basic cases. My friends, David and Todd, at EMS will love this. - Celia DowneyComments re article 73310 Random thoughts Do fire departments have pet oxygen masks This story was posted on 2015-02-19 14:01:13
