City of Columbia offices open regular schedule Thu 19 Feb 2015 By Rhonda Loy, City Clerk City of Columbia, City Hall, 116 Campbellsville Street, Columbia, KY is OPEN! and on regular 8am-4pmCT hours. The City Sanitation Department is running but some pickups are on a delayed basis. All Natural Gas bills are normally due by the 20th of the month. However, due to the inclement weather, the penalty will not be applied until Wednesday morning February 25, 2015. We ask that you continue to take precautions against the bitter cold and when traveling and continue to call 911 for all emergencies.
