Green Co., KY Grand Jury action 4 Feb 2015

The Green County, KY Circuit Court Eleventh Judicial District grand jury, Greensburg, KY, returned indictments against the following individuals on 4 Feb 2015

Count 4 - Fleeing or Evading Police 1st Degree, (Class D Felony). Count 5 - Operating Motor Vehicle Under the Influence of Alcohol/Drugs, Etc. 1st offense. Bond: $1,000.00 Full Cash. No use of drugs or alcohol. Curfew from 10pm to 6am.
  2. DIVISION II
  3. Jonathan C. Parrish (D/O/B 09-28-1995), Farr Lane, Columbia, KY Indictment No. 15 CR0004. - Charged with 1 count(s). Count 1 - Assault 2nd Degree. Bond: $15,000.000 10%. No contact with victim. No Drug or Alcohol use. MCR@PTS weekley. Weekly random drug tests.
  4. GREEN DISTRICT COURT
  5. Joshua R. Harris. Case No. 14-F-53 DISMISSED. Grand Jury, after considering the testimony and/or record in this case finds the case should be No True Bill - DISMISSED.
  6. Jodi Buley. Case No. 14.F.00054. DISMISSED. Grand Jury, after considering the testimony and/or record in this case finds the case should be No True Bill - DISMISSED.
  7. Francisco Sanchez. Case No. 13-F-00069. DISMISSED. Grand Jury, after considering the testimony and/or record in this case finds the case should be No True Bill - DISMISSED.
