Brenda Hopper Westmoreland, 56, Celina, TN (1958-2015) She had retired as Staff Sargent after 20 years of service in the Tennessee Air National Guard, and a was a member of Cave Springs Church of Christ in Clay County, TN. She was native of Grant County, IN, and a resident of Clay County, TN, at the time of her death. She was the daughter of Nina Kerr Hopper and the late Ray Hopper. Her husband, Roger Westmoreland, survives. She leaves three direct living descendants. She died Sunday, February 1, in Celina, Clay County, TN, at the age of 56 years, eight months, and nine days. She had retired as Staff Sargent after 20 years of service in the Tennessee Air National Guard, and a was a member of Cave Springs Church of Christ in Clay County, TN.
