Drivers warned of possible slick spots on roadways this morning

The National Weather Service in Louisville, KY, has issued a Special Weather Statement:
"402 AM EST MON JAN 26 2015 /302 AM CST MON JAN 26 2015/: ...A FEW SLICK SPOTS POSSIBLE THIS MORNING...THE OVERNIGHT RAIN COUPLED WITH SOME LIGHT SNOW EARLY THIS MORNING HAS LEFT ROADWAYS WET. AS TEMPERATURES CONTINUE TO FALL INTO THE 20S THIS MORNING...SOME SLICK SPOTS WILL BE POSSIBLE ON UNTREATED AND ELEVATED SURFACES. MOTORISTS ARE URGED TO USE CAUTION ON THEIR COMMUTE THIS MORNING...AS ISOLATED SLICK SPOTS COULD NEGATIVELY IMPACT TRAVEL."
The Special Weather Statement in effect includes a wide region, including the 7-County area of Adair, Casey, Cumberland, Green, Metcalfe, Russell & Taylor Counties of South Central Kentucky.
