Adair Co. Middle School tops in Governor's Cup competition A-team overall Champions! Future Problem Solvers win 7th consecutive district championship. Click on headline for story with all the names of the 2015 Academic heroes with photo(s) Adair County Middle School is the overall district champion in this year's Governor's Cup competition held Saturday, 17 Jan 2015, at ACMS. Competing teams were Adair Middle, Campbellsville Middle, Green County Middle, Kentucky Christian Academy, and Taylor County Middle. The team had several students to place in written assessment, won 1st place in FPS, and runner up in quick recall. They will be competing in regional competition in two weeks at Northern Pulaski Middle School. The team includes: Coach Sherry Stotts, Alex Godsey, Sam Willis, Travis Tucker, Maddie Harmon, Trevor Smith, Alex Lara, Jaiden Taylor, Hannah Hoots, Natalie Taylor, Ty Cheatham, and Riley Jo Cowan. Individual Placements The following students from will compete in written assessment at regional governor's cup. From left: Sam Willis,2nd place, science; Maddie Harmon, 3rd place, language arts;Ty Cheatham, 4th place arts & humanities; Natalie Taylor, 4th place social studies; Jaiden Taylor, 5th place math, 4th place science; and Trevor Smith, 1st place math, 3rd place science. ACMS District Problem Solvers: 7th District Championship in a row This is the SEVENTH consecutive district championship for Adair County Middle School in FPS, coached by Brett Reliford.
