City Council has first reading on Holladay Place Streets Held at 6pmCT, Thu 15 Jan 2015 at City Hall, 116 Campbellsville Street, Columbia, KY The Columbia City Council had the first reading of Ordinance No. 620.62. This Ordinance accepts the paved sections of Dohoney Trace, Patricia Trail and Corporate Drive into the City of Columbia City Street System. and will, when a second reading is approved, give the City ownership and maintenance responsibility. Mayor Curtis Hardwick presided at the meeting , which last approximately 2 minutes. Present were City Clerk Rhonda Loy and Council Members Craig Dean, Craig Lasley, Dr. Ron Rogers, and Charles Grimsley and Chief Jason Cross and members of the media.
