Dog struck by car on KY 55 S given burial by Good Samaritan By Heidi Caron On Wednesday, 14 Jan 2015, a female beagle was struck and killed by a vehicle on KY 55 South of Columbia, KY, sometime in the morning. I picked her up. She didn't have a collar and I couldn't tell how old she was. My husband buried her in our yard. My sympathies to whoever lost her, but know that she's in a nice place now.
