Taylor County Grand Jury returns 3 indictments 6 Jan 2015

Indictments brought against 3 individuals; total of 12 counts: Charges include terroristic threatening, menacing, disorderly conduct, public intoxication. Sexual abuse in first degree, victim under 12; and theft by deception
Taylor County indictments are also carried on 99.9 FM, the Big Dawg. - LARRY SMITH, Operations Manager, Shoreline Communications.

The Taylor County, KY Circuit Court Division I grand jury, Campbellsville, KY, returned indictments against the following individuals on 6 Jan 2015:


  1. Jacob J. Fink . (D/O/B 06-22-1987), Purcell Court, Campbellsville, KY Indictment No. 15 CR00001. - Charged with 7 count(s). Count 1 -Assault 3rd, Police Officer or Probation Officer. Count 2 - Criminal trespass. Count 3 - Resisting arrest. Count 4 - Disorderly conduct. County 5 - Terroristic threatening, 3rd degree. Count 6 - Menacing. Count 7 - Alcohol intoxication in a public place (1st and 2nd offense. Bond: $2,000. Full. No contact with complaining witnesses. No use of drugs or alcohol.
  2. Jamie Owens (D/O/B 3-16-56), Sharon Drive, Campbellsville, KY Indictment No. 15 CR00002. - Charged with 3 count(s). Count 1-3 - Sexual abuse in the first degree / victim under 12 years of age. Bond: $5,000 full cash. No contact with complaining witnesses.
  3. Daniel Rose. (D/O/B 2-23-80), Coakley Street. Indictment No. 15 CR00003. - Charged with 3 count(s). Count 1 -Theft by Deception over $500 under $10,000. Count 2 - Theft by Deception over $500 under $10,000 Bond: $1,000 unsecured. No use of drugs or alcohol.
Indictments are considered formal charges. An indictment is not a finding of guilt. An individual charged by indictment is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty at some later criminal proceeding.
