Wind Chill Advisory in effect - from NWS, Louisville, KY

Protect Extremities if you must be out: Dress warmly and in layers. Wear Gloves and a Hat. Hypothermia, Frostbites are dangers.

A wind chill advisory has been issued from the National Weather Service in Louisville, KY:
THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN LOUISVILLE HAS ISSUED A WIND CHILL ADVISORY...WHICH IS IN EFFECT FROM 4 PM EST /3 PM CST/ THIS AFTERNOON (7 Jan 2015 -CM) TO 10 AM EST /9 AM CST/ THURSDAY (8 Jan 2015) .

* WIND CHILL VALUES: READINGS WILL DROP BELOW ZERO BY THIS AFTERNOON. READINGS OF -5 TO -10 ARE LIKELY THIS EVENING THROUGH EARLY THURSDAY MORNING.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

IF YOU VENTURE OUTDOORS...MAKE SURE YOU PROTECT YOUR EXTREMITIES. THESE LOW WIND CHILLS COULD RESULT IN FROST BITE AND HYPOTHERMIA SO WEAR A HAT AND GLOVES.
