Jamie Bennett with burial in Shady Grove Cemetery, Casey County, KY>. The family request visitation 4pm-7pmCT/5pm-8pmCT Wednesday, December 31, 2014, at Lyon-DeWitt-Berry Funeral Home. Serving as pallbearers will be Donnie Clements, Billy Gene Groves, Timmy Groves, Timmy Cash, Robert Carroll Clements and Chris Buis. James Otis Clements, 68, Taylor County, KY (1946-2014) Otis, as he was more commonly known, was born on August 18, 1946 in Casey County, Kentucky. He was the son of the late Otha and Wanda Clements. He died Monday, December 29, 2014, in Campbellsville, Taylor County, KY, at the age of 68 years, four months, and 11 days. He was also preceded in death by a daughter, Sonja Kay Clements and brothers, Gary and Phillip Clements. He is survived by his wife, Sheila Kay Scherrer Clements, and the following:
