Geneva Shelley Branstetter, Metcalfe Co., KY (d. 23 Dec 2014)

She was the daughter of the late Marvin Clarence Shelley and Nina Copas Shelly Hunley, and the widow of Bobby Branstetter. She leaves 10 direct living descendants. Geneva, along with her late husband Bobby Keith Branstetter, were owners and operators of Bob's Auto in Edmonton for many years. She was a member of the South Edmonton Church of Christ.

Geneva Shelley Branstetter age 81, of Edmonton, KY, died Tuesday, December 23, 2014 at Metcalfe Health Care in Edmonton, KY. Funeral services will be held 10amCT, Saturday, December 27, 2014, at Butler Funeral Home, 201 East Street, Edmonton, KY, with burial in the Summer Shade Cemetery. Visitation will be 4pm-8pmCT, Friday, December 26, 2014, at the funeral home.



She was the daughter of the late Marvin Clarence Shelley and Nina Copas Shelly Hunley.

Geneva, along with her late husband Bobby Keith Branstetter were owners and operators of Bob's Auto in Edmonton for many years. She was a member of the South Edmonton Church of Christ. She is survived by the following:
  • Two daughters: Benita and husband Gary Bell of Edmonton, KY; and Teresa and husband Phil Kimbel of Bowling Green, KY

  • Three grandchildren: Brandon (LeAnn) Bell of Edmonton, KY; David (Kelly) Kimbel of Alvaton, KY; and Laura Kimbel of Bowling Green, KY

  • Five great grandchildren
Besides her husband and parents she was preceded in death by a grandson Brian Keith Bell and a great grand daughter Carter Grace Bell.
