Lura Coulter, 94, of Greencastle, Indiana (formerly of Russell Co) died Saturday, November 22, 2014 at the Hickory Creek Nursing Home in Greencastle, Indiana. Funeral service for Lura Coulter will be 1pmCT, Tuesday, November 25, 2014 at the Bernard Funeral Home Chapel, 367 N Main Street, Russell Springs, KY, with Bro. Bobby Dunbar officiating. Visitation will be at 10amCT, Tuesday. Burial will be in the Lucenda Cemetery. Special music will be rendered by Diane Hughes and Bobby Dunbar.

She was born Wednesday, April 7, 1920 in Russell County, KY. She was the daugher of the late John Marcus & Lula Wilson Dunbar. She died Saturday, November 22, 2014, in Greencastle, Putnam County, Indiana, at the age of 94 years, six months, and 15 days.

She was a homemaker.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Norman Coulter and a son, Terry L. LaVullis.

Survivors include he following:
  • Two children: John LaVullis, Paoli, Indiana; and Shirley J. White, Greencastle, Indiana
