OSHA fine assessed against City, CU City of Campbellsville is contesting fine, not related to ALS Ice Bucket Challenge. University fined $4,000 for infraction involving videography lift platform used during the Ice Bucket Challenge. Stories are continuing in the aftermath of ALS Ice Bucket Challenge tragedy on August 21, 2014, which took the life of Capt. Tony Grider on September 20, 2014. The latest round involves fines levied by OSHA against Campbellsville University over a safety infraction at the event along with links to other related stories:
