She was a member of Campbellsville Christian Church and the Order of the Eastern Star. She was a member of a highly regarded Adair County, KY, family. She was the daughter of the late Rolling and Trannie Russell Murrell, and the widow of Howard Clint Baise. She leaves 10 direct living descendants

Mary R. Baise, age 86, of Campbellsville, died Monday, November 10, 2014 at Taylor Regional Hospital in Campbellsville, KY.
Funeral services will be held at 10amCT/11amET, Thursday, November 13, 2014 at Lyon-DeWitt-Berry Funeral Home, 503 E Main Street, Campbellsville, KY with Bro. Paul Patton officiating. Burial will follow in the Haven Hill Cemetery, 1276 Liberty Road, Columbia, KY. The family requests visitation from 4pm-7pmCT/5pm-8pmET, Wednesday, November 12, 2014, at Lyon-DeWitt-Berry Funeral Home.

Mary was born Wednesday, September 19, 1928 in Columbia, Kentucky to the late Rollin and Trannie Russell Murrell. She died Monday, November 10, 2014, in Campbellsville, Taylor County, KY, at the age of 86 years, one months, and 21 days.
A retired Registered Nurse, she retired from Taylor Regional Hospital and was a member of the Kentucky Nursing Association. She was a member of Campbellsville Christian Church and the Order of the Eastern Star.
Besides her parents, Mary was preceded in death by her husband Howard Clint Baise; a son, Ronald Howard Baise; a brother, Tommie Murrell and a brother-in-law, Glenn Keen.
She is survived by the following:
