The Green County, KY Circuit Court Eleventh Judicial District Div II grand jury, Greensburg, KY, returned indictments against the following individuals on Thursday, 5 Nov 2014:

  1. Daniel L. Warren (D/O/B 1-30-1953), Old Salem Church Road, Greensburg, KY . Indictment No. 14 CR00049 - Charged with three count(s). Count 1 - Cultivate in Marijuana - 5 plants or more, 1st Offense. Count 2 - Buy/Possess Dug Paraphernalia. Count 3- Possession of Marijuana. Bond: $3,000.
  2. Michelle Warren (D/O/B 8-16-2014), Old Salem Church Road, Greensburg, KY. Indictment No. 14 CR00050 - Charged with three count(s). Count 1 - Cultivate in Marijuana - 5 plants or more, 1st Offense. Count 2 - Buy/Possess Dug Paraphernalia. Count 3- Possession of Marijuana. Bond: $3,000.
  3. Miguel A Santiago, JR (D/O/B 04-07-1995), Legion Park Road, Greensburg, KY . Indictment No. 14 CR00046 - Charged with one count(s). Count 1 - Receiving stolen property, u/$10,000. Bond: $15,000.
  4. Michael P. Bright (D/O/B 07/15/1981), Bryce Court, Campbellsville, KY . Indictment No. 14 CR00051 - Charged with five count(s). Count 1 -Theft by unlawful taking - Auto. Count 2 - Opeating Motor vehicle whie license revoked or suspending for Driving Under the Influence, 2nd offense. Count 3 - Operate motor vehicle under influence alcohol/drugs/etc. 08. 2nd offense. Count 4 - Possesion of open alcoholic beverage container in motor vehicle prohibition (violation). Count 5 - Persistent felony offender. Bond: $15,000 cash.
  5. Tony N. Evans (D/O/B 11-08-1958), ADDRESS . Indictment No. 14 CR00047 - Charged with five count(s). No contact with witness
    COUNT 1: Criminal attempt to commit murder. Count 2- Wanton Endangerment. Count -3 Cultivate in marijuana <5 plants, 1st offense. Count 4 - Menacing. Count 5 - Resisting arrest. Bond: $100,000 cash.
  6. John G. Chlomoudis (D/O/B 05/13/1957), Montgomery Mill Road, Greensburg, KY . Indictment No. 14 CR00044 - Charged with four count(s). Count 1 - Criminal attempt to commit arson 1st degree. Count 2 - Wanton endangerment1st degree. Count 3 - Criminal Mischief. Fount 4 - Terroristic Threatening 3rd degree.. Bond: $50,000 cash. No contact witness.
  7. Jessie F. Cross (D/O/B 10-22-1976), Bramlett Road, Greensburg, KY . Indictment No. 14 CR00045 - Charged with three count(s). Count 1 - Burglary 3rd degree. Count 2 - Theft by unlawful taking (building). Bond: $15,000.
