Heavy fire damage at Loy Cemetery RD home - Sun 2 Nov 2014 By Donald Hare, Public Affairs Officer Adair County Fire Department, 200 Merchant Street, Columbia, KY The Columbia Adair County fire department responded at 4:04pmCT, Sunday afternoon, November 2, 2014, to a residential house fire at 854 Loy Cemetery Road, Columbia, KY, to a home owned by Brian and April Turner. Upon firefighters arrival there was heavy smoke and fire showing. The fire seemed to originate in the laundry room area of the house and the house sustained heavy damage.
