The Adair County Hospital District Board of Trustees will meet in a Special Called Meeting Thu 2 Oct 2014, at 6:30amCT, in the cafeteria, Westlake Regional Hospital, 901 Westlake Avenue, Columbia, KY, with the following agenda:

AGENDA

Call to order: David Herbst, Vice Chairman

Approval of Minutes: August 26, 2014 Board Meeting

Recommendations from the Medical Staff: Dr. Charles Giles, Chief of Staff - a. Credentialing

Annual review of Medical Staff bylaws

August 2014 financials. CFO Report: David Haves - a) Approval of bad debts for collections

Administrative Report: Neal Gold, CFO

Executive Session: KRS 61.810(1)(C): Discussions of proposed or pending litigation against or on behalf of the public agency.
Executive Session: KRS 61.810(1)(f). Discussions or hearings which might lead to the appointment, discipline, or dismissal of an individual employee, member or student without restricting that employee's member's or student's right to a public hearing if requested. This exception shall not be interpreted to permit discussion of general personnel matters in secret.
