< The Adair County Grand Jury has returned indictments against 7 individuals on Wednesday, 24 Sep 2014, in Adair Circuit Court, Adair Judicial Center, 201 Campbellsville Street, Columbia, KY.
Those indicted were:


  1. Jacob Stotts (D.O.B. 09/23/1994 ) Walking Horse Lane, Columbia, KY Indictment No. 14-CR-00130 - Charged with 2 counts. Count 1 - Rape in the Second Degree. Count 2 - Intimidating a participant in the legal process. Bond: $50,000 cash. No contact with victim or witness. Arraignment 14 Oct 2014 at 1pmCT
  2. Adrian B. Cobb (D.O.B. 12/12/1995 ) Vintage Lane, Campbellsville, KY Indictment No. 14-CR-00131 - Charged with 2 counts. Count 1 - Unlawful Transaction with Minor in Third Degree. Count 2 - Custodial interference. Bond: $50,000 Cash. No contact with victim. Arraignment 14 Oct 2014 at 1pmCT

  7. Harold E. Gilbert (D.O.B. 04/23/1967) Parway Manor Lane. Indictment No. 14-CR-00136 - Charged with 4 counts. Count 1 - Theft by unlawful taking or disposition, $500 or more but less than $10,000. Count 2 - Burglary in the third degree. Count 3 - Criminal mischief in the second degree. Count 4 - Persistent felony offender in the first degee. Bond: No Bond. Arraignment 14 Oct 2014 at 1pmCT
