He was the son of Levittia Hicks, who survives, and the late Willard Owen Gaddis. He was a resident of Danville, Boyle County, KY. Interment will be at Brookside Cemetery, W Main Street, Campbellsville, KY.

Randall G. "Butch" Gaddis, age 58, of Danville, KY, formerly of Campbellsville died Monday, September 22, 2014 at Ephraim McDowell Regional Medical Center in Danville after a lengthy illness.

Funeral service will be held at 1pmCT/2pmET, Saturday, September 27, 2014, at Lyon-DeWitt-Berry Funeral Home, 503 East Main Street, Campbellsville, KY, where visitation will begin at 12pm noon CT/1pmET on Saturday. Burial will be in Brookside Cemetery, Campbellsville, KY.



He was preceded in death by this father, Willard Owen Gaddis; a brother, Daniel Gaddis; a sister, Judy Money and his step-father, Melvin Hicks.

Survivors include his wife, Mary Lin Hobbs Gaddis of Danville, KY and the following:
  • His mother: Levettia Hicks of Campbellsville, KY

  • His step-sons: Robert L. Hobbs of San Antonio, Texas and Christopher R. Rowe, of Danville, KY

  • A step-daughter: Katrina D. Manning of Danville, KY

  • His brother: Michael Gaddis of Atlanta, GA

  • Nine grandchildren

  • And several nieces and nephews
