David Hernandez-Garcia, 18, 359 Cooper Road, Jamestown, KY, died Tuesday, September 2, 2014, at the University of Kentucky Hospital, Lexington, KY.

Services will be held at H.E. Pruitt Memory Chapel, 202 N Main Street, Jamestown, KY, at 7pmCT, Friday, September 5, 2014. Friends may call after 5pmCT, Friday, at the funeral home. Interment will be in Hidalgo, Mexico.

He was born October 16, 1995, in Atotonilco el Grande, Antonico el Grande County, Hidalgo, Mexico. He died Tuesday, September 2, 2014, in Lexington, Fayette County, KY, at the age of 18 years, 10 months, and 17 days.

He was a farm worker.

He is survived by he following:
  • One brother: Roman Hernandez-Garcia, Jamestown, KY.

  • Three sisters: Maria Hernandez-Garcia, Jamestown, KY; and Larena Hernandez-Garcia and Lidita Hernandez-Garcia, both of Mexico.
H.E. Pruitt Memory Chapel, 202 N Main Street, Jamestown, KY, in charge of arrangements.
