Site News: Recurrent Events posted for September 2014 The list was updated in the very early hours Monday morning. We still awaiting confirmation on some recurrent events. School Council meetings are posted as sent by principals, for instance, and sports events are posted as received and when they contain, name of event, street & number, and city for location, hour & zone for time, day/month/year for when, and meet criteria for news. Events are continuously updated. We encourage readers and contributors to scan each time they visit CM for changes, including late cancellations for whatever reason. A VERY IMPORTANT NOTE: When cancellations or re-schedules occur, they usually come in a hectic batch, and priority is given to changes already posted in CM EVENTS. To make the change on those sometimes frenetically paced days, please use the "Comments or Corrections" button with the event to be modified - and a must - send phone and/or email with the corrections in case some necessary information is needed. Thanks to all for making CM EVENTS work so well. - EW Recurrent events have been posted and updated for September, 2014. If your organization's events are not in ColumbiaMagazine.com Events, please send as soon as possible to get the greatest impact for your event. Thanks to everyone for the wonderful response we've gotten to appeals to submit Events in our format. For quickest posts, please send all information in one email and include contact information. If additional information is asked for, please include in one new email with all information. Please send in caps and lower case. All caps submissions may be returned. Please remember that while ColumbiaMagazine.com offers the most comprehensive announcement package, free, of any media, events may be posted only if the venue includes Street No. and Street Name. "Directions" are not posted. If there is a charge for the event you may be notified that the event is advertising. A sense of Fair Play And, If it is advertising on any media - broadcast, cable/tv, other internet, signs, apparel, posters, newspapers (including shoppers) - it is considered advertising on ColumbiaMagazine. News posted in a paid format is advertising on ColumbiaMagazine.com. Finally, the Events Calendar is made possible through our advertisers and sponsors.
