Ada Harrison Wright, Casey Co., KY (1927-2014) She was a homemaker and member of the Gum Lick Christian Church. She was a loving mother and grandmother to her two grandchildren, whom she raised. She was a native of Casey County, KY, and a resident of the county at the time of her death. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Lewis "Bud" Wright, who passed away just eight months ago. She leaves four direct living descendants. Funeral services are 10amCT/11amET, Monday, September 1, 2014 at McKinney-Brown Funeral Home, 752 Campbellsville Road, Liberty, KY, with Bro. Steve Martin officiating. Ms. Ada will be laid to rest in Gum Lick Cemetery. Visitation will be 5pm-8pmCT/6pm-9pmET, Sunday, August 31, 2014 at the funeral home. Ada Harrison Wright, Casey Co., KY (1927-2014) Born September 15, 1927 in Casey County, KY, she was the daughter of the late Elbridge and Pearl Murphy Harrison. She died Friday, August 29, 2014, in Liberty, Casey County, KY, at the age of 86 years, 11 months. She was a homemaker and member of the Gum Lick Christian Church. Ada was a loving mother and grandmother to her two grandchildren, whom she raised. In addition to her parents, Ada is preceded in death by her beloved husband, Lewis "Bud" Wright, who passed away December 6, 2013; two brothers, Hearl and Adrian Harrison; and a sister, Kathleen Purdy.
