Jerry A. Reeder, Dutton Circle, Jamestown, KY, died Sunday, August 3, 2014, at the Russell County Hospital, Jamestown, KY.

The funeral service will be at 11amCT, Tuesday, August 5, 2014, at the H.E. Pruitt Memory Chapel, 202 N Main Street, Jamestown, KY. Visitation will be after 5pmCT, Monday, August 4, 2014, at the funeral home. Burial will be in Reeder Cemetery, Jamestown, KY.

Jerry A. Reeder, 69, Russell Co., KY (1944-2014)

He was the son of the late Willie Reeder and the late Josephine Bledsoe Reeder. He was born in Jamestown, Russell County, KY, on August 4, 1944. He died in Russell Springs, Russell County, KY, on August 3, 2014, at the age of 69 years, 11 months, and 30 days.

He was a Superintendent in the Sewer Department.

He is survived by his wife, Louise Popplewell Reeder, Jamestown, KY and the following:
  • Two sons: Jeff (Alisa) Reeder, Jamestown, KY, and Joey (Rin) Reeder, Front Royal, VA

  • One daughter: Jennifer (Greg) Lavato, Columbia, SC

  • Two brothers: Leonard Reeder, Clemmons, NC; and Norman Reeder, Jamestown, KY

  • Two sisters: Mary Jo Woodrum, Jamestown, KY; and Janet Centers, Somerset, KY

  • Five grandchildren
