Elaine Davidson, 82, of Louisville, KY, died Tuesday, July 29, 2014 at the St. Mary & Elizabeth Hospital in Louisville.

Funeral service for Elaine Davidson will be 1pmCT, Friday, August 1, 2014 at the Bernard Funeral Home Chapel, 367 N Main Street, Russell Springs, KY, with Bro. Richie Curtis officiating. Visitation will be 4pm-7pmCT/5pm-8pmET, at the Louisville Separate Baptist Church, 5617 National Turnpike, Louisville, KY, and after 11amCT, Friday, August 1, 2014, at Bernard Funeral Home.

Elaine Davidson was born January 27, 1932 in Russell County, KY. She was the daugher or the late Corbin & Flonnie Popplewell Dunbar. She died Tuesday, July 29, 2014 in Louisville, Jefferson County, KY, at the age of 82 years. six months, and two days.

She was a homemaker and a member of the Louisville Separate Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Bro. John "Jack" Davidson; brother, Quentin Dunbar; and two sisters, Gyla Harrison and Colleen Perkins.

Survivors include the following:
  • Two sons: David Davidson, Louisville, KY; andRandy (Veronica) Davidson, Louisville, KY

  • Two grandchildren: Jason (Laura) Davidson, Russell Springs, KY; and Jordan Davidson, Louisville, KY

  • Two great grandchildren: Conner and London Davidson

  • Two sisters: Gwen Conn, Greensburg, KY, and Roberta Morrison, Las Cruces, New Mexico.
