Hearing set for discontinuance of portion of Avery Rooks Road PUBLIC NOTICE This is to give notice of a hearing on the petition to close a portion of the Avery Rooks road, which consists of the back portion for a length of .068. This will be in accordance with KRS 178.050 and KRS 178.070. A petition was filed on July 7, 2014, in Adair County, by making application for discontinuance of a portion of Avery Rooks Road. The hearing on this petition has been set for Monday, July 28, 2014 in the conference room of the Adair County 911 Center, 107 N High Street, Columbia KY, at 11amCT. Any person objecting to the discontinuance of said road should appear at the hearing.
