Heather Dawn Chapman Voils, 37, S Ridge Circle, Russell Springs, KY, died Wednesday, July 2, 2014, at the University of Kentucky Hospital, Lexington, KY.

Funeral services will be at Freedom Christian Church, Jamestown, KY, at 1pmCT, Monday, July 7, 2014, with Bro. Wendell Roberts officiating. Burial will be in Bethel Cemetery, Jamestown, KY. Visitation will be Sunday, July 6, 2014, at the Freedom Christian Church, Jamestown, KY.

She was born Saturday, September 18, 1976, in Franklin, Johnson County, IN. She was the daughter of Larry E. Chapman, Jamestown, KY and Linda Carol (Roberts), Jamestown, KY both of whom survive. She died Wednesday, July 2, 2014, in Lexington, Fayette County, KY, at the age of 37 years, 9 months, and 14 days.

She was a factory worker.

She is survived by her husband, Chester Voils Jr., Russell Springs, KY, and the following:
  • Her parents: Larry E. (Brenda) Chapman, Jamestown, KY, and Linda Carol Rogers (Jack Atwood), Jamestown KY

  • Her maternal grandmother: Helen Roberts

  • Two sons: Chester Voils III and Josh Voils, Russell Springs, KY

  • Two daughters: Kaysie Voils, Russell Springs, KY; and Brylee Vaughn, Somerset, KY

  • Two brothers: Billy Vaughn, Somerset, KY; and Ryan Vaughn, Clovis, NM

  • Two sisters: Anita Carol (Tony) Ballenger, Shelbyville, IN; and Hila Conner (Rob Flatt), of Russell Springs, KY

  • One grandson

  • And a host of nieces and nephews
The H.E. Pruitt Memory Chapel, 202 N Main Street, Jamestown, KY, in charge of arrangements.
