She was the matriarch of a large, respected Adair County, KY, family. She was born in Adair County, KT and was a resident of the county at the time of her death. She was the daughter of the late Johnie F. & Delie Mcqueary. Her husband, William A. Sneed,survives. She leaves seven direct living descendants. Interment in the Haven Hill Cemetery, 1276 Liberty Road, Columbia, KY. Visitation will begin after 4pmCT, on Monday, June 30, 2014, at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home. Betty Jo Sneed, Adair County, KY (1946-2014) She was born on Saturday, February 16, 1946 in Adair County, KY. She was the daughter of the late Johnnie F. & Delie McQueary. She died Saturday, June 28, 2014, in Columbia, Adair County, KY, at the age of 68 years, four months, and 12 days. Preceded in death by one brother: Thelbert Burton.
