Remembering Mark Stanzio: Ardent defender of Constitution Robert Cumming writes: The senseless, tragic death of attorney Mark Stanziano brings a terrible shock to the region's legal as well as whole community at large. Mark was an ardent defender of the constitution and certainly well versed in criminal rules of evidence. I had previously retained Mark in a civil case and after prevailing considered him a valued contact and friend.
