2014 Adair Co. Fair: Tiny Tot Contest 3-5 Years


CM Coverage: 2014 Adair Co. Fair Schedule of Events



Wednesday, July 9th, at 6:30 p.m. Central Time in the Jaycee Pavilion

Rules
  1. Contestants are required to be at the fairgrounds under new pavilion in Columbia, KY at least 30 minutes before your pageant is scheduled to start.
  2. Pageant is open to all Counties.
  3. An entry fee of $10.00 per contestant will be charged until Thursday, July 3, 2014. You may register the night of the pageant from 5:00-6:00, however the fee will be doubled.
  4. Contestants will be judged on poise, showmanship, and natural beauty.
  5. ALL TINY TOTS ARE TO BE DRESSED IN PLAY CLOTHING. (No formal dresses or tuxedos)
  6. Entry Classes: (1) Tiny Tot Girls Ages 3 up to 5 (2) Tiny Tot Boys Ages 3 up to 5
  7. First place winners will receive a trophy, ribbon, and $25.00 cash award. Second place winners will receive a trophy, and a ribbon. Third place winners will receive a trophy, and a ribbon.
  8. ALL JUDGES DECISIONS ARE FINAL.
  9. Entry forms, entry fees, and a copy of each contestant's birth certificate must be postmarked and mailed to Adair County Fair Baby Contest 310 Campbellsville Street, Columbia, KY 42728 or delivered to a committee person by Thursday, July 3, 2014.
  10. No refund of entry fees.
  11. The contestants will be disqualified from the competition and forfeit any ribbons, prize money, or other winnings if information is falsified on application.

Photogenic Contest
  1. Entry fee $2.00
  2. To be eligible for this category your photo must be submitted by Thursday, July 3, 2014 to Flowers 'N Things on Campbellsville Street in Columbia. The awards will be given the night of the pageant. Your picture will be returned at that time. No photos in frames or 8x10's will be accepted.
  3. Your Child's name and age must be on the back of the photo to enter the contest.
