Barbara Lee Delk, age 75, of Middleburg, KY passed away on Monday June 16, 2014 at the Casey County Hospital, Liberty, KY.

Visitation will be held 4pmCT/5pmET, on Thursday June 19, 2014 at Bartle Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral Services will be held 9amCT/10amET, Friday June 20, 2014 at Bartle Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. Allen Roberts will officiate. Burial will be in the Middleburg Cemetery.

She was born in Vicco, KY on February 3, 1939 to the late Balis and Opsie Watts Combs. She died Monday, June 16, 2014, in Liberty, Casey County, KY, at the age of 75 years, 4 months, and 13 days.

She was a Housewife.

Survivors include the following:
  • Her spouse: Curtis Delk

  • One daughter: Linda Myers of Middleburg, KY
  • Two sons: Jeff Delk of Bradfordsville, KY; and Tom Delk of Middleburg, KY

  • Eleven grandchildren

  • Nine great-grandchildren

  • Two Sisters: Gail Cox of Richmond, IN and Phyllis Combs of Walton, KY
