June 4, 2014 Green County Grand Jury returns indictments

Indictments brought against 4 individuals

The Green County, KY Circuit Court grand jury, Greensburg, KY, returned indictments against the following individuals on June 4, 2014:

  1. Cindy Richardson (D/O/B 04/20/1971), 335 Arnett Bishop Road, Greensburg, KY. Indictment No. 14 CR00031. - Charged with 2 count(s). Count 1 - Custodial Interference (Class D Felony) Count 2 - TBUT or Disposition of Auto - $10,000 or more but under $1,000,000 (Class C Felony. Bond: $10,000. Not leave KY. No contact with child.
  2. Belinda Simpson (D/O/B 2/21/1956), 2399 Hugh Paxton Road, Greensburg, KY . Indictment No. CR-00032. - Charged with 7 counts. Count 1-7 - Criminal Possession of a Forged Prescription First Offense (Class D Felony) Bond: $10,000/10%.
  3. Laura B. Judd (D/O/B 08/30/1985), 345 Pikeview Road, Greensburg, KY . Indictment No. CR-00033. - Charged with 1 count(s). Count 1 - Theft of a Legend Drug, First Offense or Value under $300 (Class D. Felony) Bond: $10,000/10% No contact with victim.
  4. Marijane L. Brandenburg (D/O/B 09/26/2014), 204 Hudson Street, Greensburg, KY. Indictment No. CR-00034. - Charged with 7 count(s). Count 1- Assault 3rd Degree - Police Officer (Class D Felony). Count 2- Fleeing or Evading Police , 2nd Degree 9Motor Vehicle (Class A misdemeanor). Count 3 - Disorderly Conduct 1st Degree (Class A Misdemeanor). Count 4 - Escape 3rd Degree (Class B Misdemeanor). Count 5 - Operating Vehicle with Expired Operators License (Class B Misdemeanor). County 6 - Failure of non Owner Operator to Maintain Required Insurance 1st (Class B Misdemeanor). County 7 - Reckless Driving (Violation). Bond: $15,000.
Indictments are considered formal charges. An indictment is not a finding of guilt. An individual charged by indictment is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty at some later criminal proceeding
