Vance, 93, Adair County, KY (1921-2014) She was a beloved former Adair County public school teacher whose career spanned over 30 years and was a faithful member of the Columbia Baptist Church. He was a native of Adair County, KY, and a resident of Vanderburgh County, IN, at the time of her death. She was a member of a highly regarded Adair County family, the daughter of the late Howard and Eula Garrett Spears and the widow of Franklin Vance. She leaves 5 direct living descendants.
