By Charlie Balcom

CAMPBELLSVILLE, KY - Lindsey Wilson College athletics director Willis Pooler was presented with the Mid-South Conference President's Cup trophy on Wednesday at the conference's annual summer meeting on the Campbellsville University campus.

The Blue Raiders claimed the cup after scoring 111 out of a possible 120 points during the 2013-14 athletic year. The 111 points are tied for the third most in Mid-South history.

Lindsey Wilson sports information director Chris Wells was selected by his peers as the 2013-14 Co-Sports Information Director of the Year. It marks the seventh time he has earned the distinction (2003, 2007, 2009, 2010, 2011 and 2012).

Wells shares the award with Cumberland (TN) University's Jo Jo Freeman. Cumberlands (KY) finished second in the President's Cup standings with 105 points followed by Campbellsville (KY) with 98.5 points and Georgetown (KY) with 95 points.

Lindsey Wilson has won four overall President's Cup - the Blue Raiders also captured the all-sports trophy in 2006-07, 2011-12 and 2012-13. - Charlie Balcom
