Paving to begin Monday, June 2, 2014, on KY 80 in Adair County One lane zone for the next two weeks Click on headline for complete article By Amber Hale, Information Officer Kentucky Transportation Department, District 8, Somerset, KY SOMERSET, KY (May 31, 2014) Beginning Monday, June 2, KY 80 in Adair County will be reduced to one lane starting at mile Marker 22.8 (Adair-Russell County line) and ending at mile marker 13 (KY 55 - in Columbia at intersection of Russell Road and Jamestown Street) as crews begin pavement improvements. Work is scheduled to start with millling with full paving operations to follow. Work is expected to last two weeks. The starting date and duration of work may be adjusted for inclement weather or other unforeseeable delays. Drivers should expect delays and are encouraged to allow extra time in reaching their destinatons.
