The next earlier Chamber Insights story for May 2014: Plan, Promote, Prove - for more business this summer, by J. Brandon Thompson

From May 2014, Chamber Insights

The lower level community meeting room of the Chamber Building, 201 Burkesville Street, Columbia, KY, has a new look, thanks to volunteers.

Richard L. Swartz, RLS Studio Salon with the help of his mother Nancy Koetke painted the meeting room "free of charge".

A plaque donated by Sue Stivers will soon be added as a means of showing appreciation to all who made this project a reality.

The room is much in demand for use by not only our county residents and organizations, but with area, state & federal agencies.

The Chamber building is truly an asset to Columbia and Adair County. We shall forever be grateful to those who made this project a reality. Contact to use the building: The Columbia/Adair County Chamber of Commerce, 201 Burkesville Street, Columbia, KY. Phone 270-384-6020. Sue Stivers, Executive Director.
