Traffic: Waterline Construction closes S Reed again today Special ColumbiaMagazine.com traffic report Stotts Construction will be working in the same location on Wednesday. The 100 block of Reed Street will remain closed Jefferson Alley to Jamestown Street in Columbia, KY, during the work day, 7am-5:30pmCT. We ask the public to avoid these areas where possible and to expect some delays in traffic.
