Jon Halsey- Questions on 3rd Magisterial Ballot Comments re article 67310 Election 2014 Sample Ballots online at Secretary of State site Jon Halsey writes: I can't find the Ballot for the 3rd Magisterial District.Thanks - They will vote on all the county-wide and other offices in the General Election. They will not be penalized because they have a great magistrate who has no opposition.
