Linda Faye Rice age 70 years of Breeding, KY passed away Friday, May 9, 2014 at 12:40amET. at Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital, in Somerset, KY.

Funeral services will be Tuesday, May 13, 2014 at 10amCT, at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home, 210 Greensburg Street, Columbia, KY. Bro. Lonny Karnes will be the officiating clergy. Interment will be in Fudge Cemetery, 847 Independence Ridge Road, Breeding, KY. Visitation will be after 4:30pmCT, Monday. May 12, 2014.

She was born on, Tuesday, November 2, 1943 in Wilder, Fentess County, TN. She was the daughter of the late John H. & Mattie Novella Davis Dixon. She died in Somerset, Pulaski County, TN, Friday, May 9, 2014, at the age of 70 years, 6 months, and 7 days. She was preceded in death by two step-children Audie Rice and Spike Rice

She is survived by her husband, Tony Rice, of Breeding, KY and the following:
  • Sons Bobby Tabor of Carmichael, CA; and Eddie Tabor of West Lafayette, IN

  • Daughter: Lora Cazan of Cookeville, TN

  • Step-son: Clayton Rice Lafayette, IN

  • Step-daughter: Tessa
  • Two sisters: Pauline Threet of Indiana, and Claudine Richardson of Twin, TN

  • Several grandchildren

  • Several great grandchildren

  • Nieces, nephews and a host of relatives and friends survive
