COLUMBIA, KY - No. 10 Lindsey Wilson softball is the No. 2 seed in the four-team double-elimination Lindsey Wilson Bracket of the 2014 Softball National Championship Opening Round hosted by Lindsey Wilson College. It is the second-straight year Lindsey Wilson has been chosen to be one of the 10 host sites.



No. 2 seed Lindsey Wilson (45-9) faces No. 3 seed William Penn (Iowa) in game one at 2pmCT at Lindsey Wilson Sports Park on Monday, May 12, 2014, followed by top-seed Saint Xavier (IL) playing No. 4 seed Cornerstone (Mich.) at 5pmCT.

The Opening Round continues on Tuesday, May 13, 2014, with three games starting at 1pmCT with the championship game and "if necessary" game being played on Wednesday starting at 1pmCT.

The winner of the Lindsey Wilson Bracket moves on to the 10-team 2014 NAIA Softball World Series in Columbus, GA starting on May 23, 2014.
