Phase 14 Downtown Waterline Project for Thursday, May 8, 2014 Construction Season: Columbia grows/Columbia improves From Jennifer Carter, CAUD; and Stotts Construction Co, Inc. Columbia / Adair Utilities District's Downtown Water Replacement Project is under construction. Today, 7am-5:30pmCT, Thursday May 8, 2014, Stotts Construction Company, Inc. will be working on 100 Block of Madison Alley and on 200 Block S Reed Street from Save-a-lot to the intersection of Fortune Street in Columbia, KY. We ask the public to avoid these areas where possible and to expect some delays in traffic. We want to thank you in advance for your patience as we make these necessary upgrades to better serve you our customers with better quality water service.
