Dianne Glass Wise, age 68 of Louisville, KY passed away on Saturday, April 19, 2014 at the University of Louisville Hospital.

Graveside service Monday, April 28, 2014 at 1pmCT at Marrowbone Cemetery with burial to follow. Family requests visitation on Monday, April 28, 2014 from 10:30am until 12:30pmCT at Ballou & Stotts Funeral Home, Inc. 304 N. Main Street, Burkesville, KY.

Dianne was born on Tuesday, November 25, 1945 in Barren County, KY. She was the daughter of late William "Bill" Glass and Ruth Norris Glass. She died Saturday, April 19, 2014 in Louisville, Jefferson County, KY, at the age of 68 years, 4 months, and 24 days.

She was a Licensed Practical Nurse for thirty-five years, working in various locations. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Frederick Thomas Wise and one sister, Amelia Smith.

Survivors include:
  • One son: Frank Lloyd, Jr.(Carmen) of Seattle, Washington

  • One daughter: Lori Ann Nance(Pat) of Louisville, Kentucky

  • One sister: Angelia Glass Smith(Tony) of Burkesville, Kentucky

  • Three grandchildren: Melissa Whitlow, Kayla Anderson, Thomas Nance, IL

  • Seven great grandchildren: Kaylie, Connor, Shelby, Baylie, Jaden, Elijah, and Arien

  • Several nieces, nephews, and a host of other relatives and friends
